I remember walking into the gym one day and seeing a friend of mine on the elliptical machine - sweat running down his face, his eyes were closed and he had a look of bliss on his face. Good exercise music has a way of putting us into a rhythm where we tend to forget about time. If you have carefully selected your workout music you will find yourself looking forward to your workout.
